Materials & Costs
Who provides the materials for the repairs?
You are welcome to have the materials (like light fixtures, faucets, or TV mounts) ready before we arrive. If we need to pick up supplies for you, the time spent at the store is included in the service hours, and the cost of materials will be added to your final invoice.
What if my "honey-do" list takes longer than two hours?
If it looks like your list will exceed the initial two-hour window, we will let you know immediately. You can choose to extend the visit at our hourly rate or schedule a follow-up appointment to finish the remaining tasks.
Are there any hidden travel fees?
No. Travel to homes within our primary service area (Covington, Conyers, and surrounding communities) is included in the $225 Service Visit.
The Service Visit
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Yes, we require an adult to be present for the duration of the visit. This ensures we can confirm the placement of items (like TV height) and get your immediate approval on completed repairs.
What should I do to prepare for the visit?
To make the most of your two hours, we recommend clearing the work area of any furniture or personal items and having a prioritized list of tasks ready so we can jump right in.
Do you handle emergency or after-hours repairs?
We currently operate during standard business hours to ensure every client gets our full attention. We do not provide 24/7 emergency services, but we will always prioritize your scheduled appointment.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. J&B Pro Services LLC is a fully licensed and insured company. We prioritize the safety of your home and the quality of our work above all else.
What happens if a repair requires a specialist?
If a project requires a licensed master plumber or electrician (such as a full panel upgrade or major pipe rerouting), we will let you know. For these larger projects, we can often coordinate with our network of trusted local professionals to ensure the job is handled correctly.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
We stand behind everything we do. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship of a repair we completed, simply contact us within 30 days and we will return to make it right.
