Position Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, energetic, and experienced Sales Professional who’s passionate about home services and thrives in a performance-based role. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our customer experience and driving business growth.

This role is commission-only with pay incentives for meeting sales targets, upselling services, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and knowledge

Schedule and coordinate estimates with technicians or owners

Follow up on leads, quotes, and past clients to close sales

Upsell additional handyman services when appropriate

Build relationships with residential and commercial clients

Maintain and manage CRM or scheduling system

Provide input on improving processes and customer communication

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement/home services

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own time

Tech-savvy: able to work with scheduling, CRM, and productivity tools

Deep understanding of the handyman or construction industry

Comfortable working in a commission-only, startup environment

A “get it done” attitude with attention to detail and follow-through
