Standard Plan – $149/month (Most Popular)

• 1 on-call maintenance (under $300)
  
  

• Annual home check
  
  

Ultimate Plan – $199/month

• Change AC filter or change up to 4 light bulbs or change batteries in smoke detectors
  
  

• 3 hours of handyman services
  
  

• 15% off additional work
  
  

• 2 on-call maintenance (under $400)

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

5A. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance
