J & B Pro Services, LLC (“Provider”) offers three tiers of Home Maintenance Plans: Basic, Standard, and Ultimate. Each plan provides a specified set of services as detailed on our website.
Included Services: Each plan includes specific services such as air filter changes, light bulb replacements, smoke detector battery changes, handyman services, on-call maintenance, and annual home checks. Details of these services are outlined on our website.
Additional Services: Services not explicitly listed are considered outside the scope of the plan and may incur additional charges.
The following are excluded from all plans:
Repairs or replacements due to negligence, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
Pre-existing conditions or damages existing prior to the commencement of the plan.
Routine maintenance tasks not specified in the plan.
Upgrades or modifications to meet local building codes or regulations.
Damage resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or other unforeseen events.
Cosmetic repairs or enhancements.
Scheduling: Clients are responsible for scheduling services within the term of the plan. Unused services WILL NOT carry over to subsequent terms.
Availability: Services are provided during normal business hours. Emergency services outside of these hours may be available at an additional cost.
Billing: Plans are billed monthly. Payments are due on the sign-up anniversary date.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds: Refunds for unused services are not provided unless specified in the plan.
Modifications: Clients may request modifications to their plan; however, changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Cancellations: Clients may cancel their plan with a 7 day notice. Early termination may incur cancellation fees as detailed on our website.
Provider Liability: Provider's liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the plan.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all systems and equipment are in good working condition and accessible for service.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through Facilitative Mediation in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
Data Collection: By enrolling in a plan, clients consent to the collection of personal information necessary for service provision.
Communication: Clients may receive communications via email, phone, or text regarding service updates, promotions, and other relevant information.
